When we get it, we will send, via first-class mail and in a padded envelope, a plastic jar (2-1/2 x 2-3/4 inch diameter) with three ounces of Water Crystals in it and an order form. The order form is just for fluff and to remind you where the package came from. You don't need to use it to order more Water Crystals, unless you want to. Ordering is easier to do online. But, that's your choice.
